you're a great sleeper and love to sleep on your tummy.

you take 3 naps a day and are in bed around 8:30 and most importantly you're sleeping through the night. you love to be sung (hummed) to and have your back patted, but usually you'll just put yourself to sleep.

you just started rice cereal and actually like it quite well.

daddy decided to give you your first mohawk...which came with a new nickname "mini mo"

you are for sure mr. smiley.

you'll smile at anyone and at anytime. your smile makes me melt, but most of all it let's me know you're happy (even if you should be sleeping)

you've been trying out some new toys and love them all. you've been sucking on your hands more and try to put your softy toys and rings in your mouth. you've also figured out how to clasp your hands together. the best thing that you've started to do is {laugh}. you're ticklish on your tummy and we can usually get a pretty good laugh out of you.

your big sister loves to help. she cares a lot about you and i can't wait to see your friendship grow. you love to watch her run all over the room along with your puppy, tackle. you've added so much to our family in just 4 short months. it's hard to remember life without you.

we love you little man, bdubs, mini mo, mr. bear...so many nicknames for such a sweet little boy.

the 2 year streak is over

these little feet now know how to get OUT of bed

last weekend we had my sister's family over for a fun filled weekend

and since nap time could be way more fun with a cousin, elle decided she hop out of bed and "try" to join josie for a nap. not so fast little one! after 2 attempts she finally went to sleep.

the girls enjoyed a little tub time

we also took a trip to Sarfari Joe's waterpark. 6 kids under the age of 8 +3 adults = an afternoon of hopping between kiddie pools, the lazy river, slides, & the "real" pool.

and uncle tim i do believe the kids are with you next time, seeing how you had a kid free weekend.

what to do??

when little brother is sleeping...

act like we're on the silly farm with a barnyard hullabaloo

practice our artistic skills and mastering the fine art of cutting with scissors

and, well of course...

bundle up for some snow action outside

we keep ourselves busy while little bro is sleeping, but i have to say i'm looking forward to warmer weather so we play outside longer and hit the trails running & biking
